Processing Times

All items are made upon ordering. All orders are processes within the time stated in the 'Delivery' tab on each product page. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.  

Shipping Options

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout. Please note: the delivery times stated, do not include processing times.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail, 1st Class - Delivered within 1 to 3 business days
Royal Mail, 2nd Class Delivered within 3 to 5 business days

European Union

Standard - Delivered within 10 to 15 business days
Tracked & Signed - Delivered within 7 to 14 business days

USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand

Standard - Delivered within 10 to 15 business days
Tracked & Signed - Delivered within 7 to 12 business days 

Expedited Orders

Depending on demand, we limit the amount of expedited orders we are able to process at any one time.

Please select the ‘Priority Expedited’ option at the checkout. If the option is not available, this means we are unable to expedite your order due to current order demands.

Expedited orders are made and dispatched within 3 working days.

Dispatch & Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification which will contain your tracking number (if applicable). If you selected the tracking option when you placed your order, the tracking information will be located within your dispatch notification email. You can use the tracking number to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
